Description

I will use my first piece of art to honor one of the men who stood along side many of our beloved and sadly departed childhood figures such as the wonderfully memorable folks listed here below

Sterling Holloway ( died in 1992 at the ripe old age 82 he was the voice actor of the Cheshire Cat of Wonderland Winnie the Pooh and the Snake Ka from Jungle Book he shortly died not long before Aladdin was created and Disney renaissance began)

Phill Harris ( died in 1995 he voiced many beloved characters such as Baloo the Bear from Jungle Book Thomas O'Malley Aristocats and even others that you may not ever realize but I'll let you have fun looking them up I know I enjoyed seeing it all)

Finally last but never EVER least The very Definition of Our Childhoods in four simple men and ironically only three of them ever worked together on the same lot.
The entire Richard Stone team a. k. a the Warner Bros. ( the creators and songwriters for all of the loony toons and original cartoon network shows like bugs bunny, daffy duck, and while E coyote,)

Walter Disney ( I don't even have to say anything if you've ever been a child you've heard this name before and you know the incredible legacy he created the day he sat on a park bench and decided to create something that both he and his two daughters could enjoy side by side. He along with many others that I could not think of immediately will be waiting with open arms for Robin Williams at the gates of heaven as they all look out for our memories of them. I can promise that many of us will miss them the next time we look at our old Disney or Cartoon collections that we've kept and our old toys we've buried under scraps of homework and trash I our rooms. The next time you see a little girl talking about a Disney character that you don't like bring to her the Names of these people and remind her and her friends that we were once in her place admiring people we'd never meet outside of the darkness of a theatre or the comfort of our homes with friends on a slumber party pallet on the floor together.
